Triathlon is a highly rewarding sport and it’s a way of life for all of us at STG.  We absolutely love it!

Triathletes have to split their training time between three disciplines so to reach their full potential it’s vital they utilise their limited time effectively. A well-structured program written by experienced coaches is as important as the actual training itself if you want to get the most out of yourself.   Your program must contain the right mix of technique sessions, aerobic endurance sessions, speed sessions and rest if it is to be effective.  Following a program that is not appropriate for you will usually result in a lack of improvement and in some cases long term injury.
