An adolescent learns to stand, walk and then run; it’s a very natural progression and the reason most of us are comfortable with the idea of running. While many people jog regularly to increase their aerobic fitness, in order to improve your running speed and efficiency without risking injury, a methodical and varied approach is the key.
No matter what distance you aim for, STG has developed a structured program of speed/endurance, run strength, ride/run transition and distance running designed to increase your aerobic threshold and efficiency. Our qualified coaches will teach you drills and offer instruction to improve your technique and strength. Both of which are the key elements to becoming a better runner.
Our sessions during the summer are geared towards peaking for specific triathlon races, while in winter we write programs around the various running festivals and fun runs.
