There’s nothing quite like the feeling of being fit on the bike!
Our 12 years of cycle coaching experience has taught us that the key ingredients to becoming a great cyclist are a well-structured program and good old fashioned hard work and commitment to training.
The STG ride program consists of speed sessions, pack riding sessions, hill sessions and long rides. Time trials are held regularly so you can replicate race conditions and most importantly monitor your improvement.
Sessions are conducted in Centennial Park and the surrounding Eastern suburbs. The Sunday long rides venture both South to areas such as Kurnell and Waterfall/Royal National Park and North to areas such as the challenging and scenic West Head/Akuna Bay and Bobbin Head National Park.
Safety is of utmost importance to us. We follow strict protocol at all our sessions and all new members are given a lesson before they can ride with the group.
For pack riding sessions riders are grouped by ability so everyone trains at their appropriate pace. Riders are monitored and graduate to faster groups at the right time as they improve.
