STG gets quicker with Sam

STG is pleased to announce our continued partnership with head coach Sam Douglas for our coaching and squad-based training programs.

Sam has a vast amount of training and racing experience under his belt which has seen him mixing it up in the professional ranks both within Australia and internationally and recently para-triathlete Jonathan Goerlach to multiple ITU top 5 finishes including 1st pace in Edmonton and 5th in the ITU world championships in Gold Coast.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Education and is a Triathlon Australia accredited Performance Coach who coaches the Sydney Triathlon Group (STG) squad.

Sam offers group, personalised, and 1:1 triathlon coaching for all ages and abilities, delivered through weekly programs.
