Squad Endurance Sessions

STG conducts professional, well organised squad endurance sessions for people of all levels of fitness and experience.   Most importantly they are conducted in a friendly environment.

Your first week of squad training sessions are free. This will give you an opportunity to check the sessions out and decide whether you would like to continue training with us.

Length of sessions

All sessions last between one and four hours and are conducted in the Sydney CBD and Eastern Suburbs all year round. The sessions are ideal for the person who is training for or has a desire to compete in an event like a triathlon, distance run or ocean swim.  They are also excellent for those people looking to add some variety to their fitness programs.

Do I need to be fit to do the squad sessions?

STG squad endurance sessions are designed to cater for the beginner through to the advanced athlete unless stated otherwise on the timetable. The session you are set will depend on your current level of conditioning and you can progress to the more advanced sessions as your fitness improves under the guidance of qualified coaches.

Benefits of squad training

Probably the greatest benefit you will receive from participating in our squad training sessions is coming into contact with people who will motivate you to improve. Training with a good group of people is enjoyable and gives you an added incentive to get along to a fitness session. Also, because many people that come to squad sessions are training for events it makes it easier to set a goal and stick to it because other people are doing the same thing.

What do you have to do to attend?

If you would like to attend a squad session first download a current timetable. This will provide you with details of session times and locations. Please also read the fees & conditions section.

Once you have done this fill in a membership application form and mail it to STG Multisport PO Box 1466 Bondi Junction NSW 1355, fax it to us on (02) 8208 9887. Please note this is compulsory and it will ensure we provide the safest possible environment for you to train in.   Any information you provide to us in this form will be held in the strictest confidence.

Your first week of squad training sessions are free so payment is not required until you have come along for a while, checked it all out and decide whether you would like to continue training with us.
